Jeffrey Murray Presents The Exquisite Moments in Nature Tour at Various REI Locations

Over the last 10 years, professional landscape photographer Jeffrey Murray has roamed the West, making numerous, solo two-week treks on his quest to capture the beauty and majesty of Nature in a perfect photograph. Jeffrey will share digital images and stories of his adventures in pursuit of these transcendent moments. Join Jeffrey as he hikes through dramatic storms in the Yosemite High Country, bushwhacks to splendid waterfalls in Oregon's moss-covered forests, wades in waste-deep pools in Zion National Park's deep canyons, and drives miles on dirt washboard roads in the heart of Arizona's red rock country. Learn what goes into the planning and execution of a successful photograph, such as scouting locations, preparing for weather, and carrying the right gear for the adventure. Following the program, Jeffrey will sign copies of his new book of photographs, "Journey of Light: Adventures of a Landscape Photographer".
